Wings are both equipment and collection progression. In global client build 0.0.4387.0, the recorded roster contains 28 wings across five grades: 3 Special, 13 Unique, 7 Epic, 4 Rare and 1 Common. Comparing only appearance or grade misses the difference between stats while equipped and benefits retained through ownership.

Equipped Stats and Owned Effects

The snapshot records equipped stats on 25 of 28 wings. All 28 have an owned collection effect that can grow through the collection system up to +10. Read these as separate layers: changing the equipped wing changes its active equipment contribution, while an owned effect belongs to collection progression under the rules shown in the client.

When comparing two wings, inspect both panels. A visually appealing or higher-grade option is not automatically the best immediate upgrade if its equipped stats do not serve your build.

Grades and Upgrade Tracks

Rare, Epic and Unique wings have recorded upgrade tracks through +10. The Unique track is shown as guaranteed through +3 in this version, with later steps able to fail. Do not transfer that rule to every grade or future patch. Check the exact success display, material cost and failure result before each attempt.

Use the gear progression guide to place wing spending beside weapons, armor and other account upgrades. Collection progress is useful, but it should not consume resources needed for a more important breakpoint.

Where Wings Come From

The recorded source mix includes 8 Substance Morph entries, 8 currency-shop entries, 4 boxes or chests, 2 quests, and 1 hidden-cube source. Five wings have no source recorded in this client snapshot. A missing source should be treated as unavailable or undocumented, not as proof of a secret drop.

For conversion requirements and safeguards, see Substance Morph. Always verify whether the result is bound and whether a purchase uses account-limited currency.

Collection Planning

  1. Keep one usable equipped wing aligned with your build.
  2. Record which owned effects provide the next practical collection gain.
  3. Prioritize guaranteed or predictable sources before chance-based boxes.
  4. Upgrade only after checking the live rate and failure behavior.
  5. Revisit unsourced entries after client or event updates.

Mounts use a different collection structure but reward the same disciplined approach; compare it in the Mounts guide.

Version Notes

Roster size, grade distribution, source counts and upgrade behavior reflect global client build 0.0.4387.0. Events and later patches can add sources or change upgrade rules, so use the live collection and enhancement panels as the final reference.
