Substance Morph converts eligible items and materials through a recipe list with unlock conditions, attempt limits and success chances. The global 0.0.4387.0 snapshot contains 156 recipes across 14 tabs, grouped into five broad categories. It is a conversion system, not a guarantee that every unwanted item can become the resource you need.

Recipe Categories

The recorded categories are Special: 30 recipes, Wings: 8, Gear: 26, Gatherable Material: 42, and Decor: 50. Special contains Candy, Consumable and Medal tabs. Gear includes equipment, growth materials and transfer stones. Gatherables cover ore, gems, logs, herbs and cooking ingredients, while Decor is mostly artwork plus statues.

Use the category count to navigate, not as a permanent promise. A live patch can add, remove or move a recipe without changing the overall system.

Read the Recipe Panel First

Before confirming a morph, check every input quantity, the output, character or account limit, unlock requirement and displayed success chance. Some recorded recipes show 100% success while at least one Medal example shows 10%; never infer one recipe's rate from another. If a recipe is limited, decide whether the output solves an immediate bottleneck.

The Wings category includes conversions using sealed wings and Radiant or Pure Odyle. For example, the snapshot records several bound-wing recipes using a sealed wing plus 10 Radiant Odyle, while a higher wing conversion uses 70 Sealed Wing Featherdown and 10 Pure Odyle with a one-per-character limit. Confirm the live wording before spending either material.

Gear and Growth Materials

Some growth-material recipes can consume eligible gear. The recorded rules exclude equipment currently worn, soul-bound to another character or registered in a preset. Clear those states only when you deliberately intend to use the item; do not strip a working loadout merely to make an item appear in the list.

Review the old gear guide before converting equipment, and compare ordinary crafting when the same goal has more than one route.

A Safe Morph Routine

  1. Filter to the correct category and tab.
  2. Verify the output is bound or tradable as expected.
  3. Check success rate, limit and unlock condition.
  4. Protect equipped, preset and alternate-build items.
  5. Keep enough materials for upgrades with higher priority.
  6. Capture the live recipe details if a large investment is involved.

For collection-oriented conversions, continue with the Wings guide. Avoid copying old recipe costs into a permanent spreadsheet without a client-version column.

Version Notes

Recipe totals, category counts and examples reflect global client build 0.0.4387.0. The current in-game Substance Morph panel overrides this snapshot for costs, limits and success rates.
