On this page
The recorded global client contains 759 weapons across 9 weapon types. A weapon is useful only when its type matches your class, its Item Level helps the next objective, and its stats support the build you actually play. Treat the counts below as a versioned inventory snapshot rather than a promise that every item is currently obtainable.
Weapon Types and Classes
The nine types are Orb, Greatsword, Dagger, Bow, Mace, Spellbook, Staff, Longsword and Guard. Assassin uses Dagger, Chanter uses Staff, Cleric uses Mace, Gladiator uses Greatsword, Ranger uses Bow, Sorcerer uses Spellbook, Spiritmaster uses Orb, and Templar uses Longsword with Guard support.
Start comparisons inside your class-compatible type. A high-level weapon from another type is not a practical upgrade. Check the live tooltip for class, level, binding and whether a Guard occupies a separate supporting slot.
Grades and Item Level
The recorded weapon grades are Common, Rare, Epic and Unique. Grade is a broad quality signal, while Item Level and the complete stat package determine whether the weapon advances your current goal. A lower-grade item can remain useful when it has the right stats or when a replacement would consume too many materials.
Use the gear progression guide to set a target before spending. Compare attack values, role-specific attributes, sockets, enhancement state and transfer options rather than sorting by color alone.
Acquisition Sources
The snapshot records 396 monster sources, 174 craft sources, 296 dungeon or raid sources, 68 box sources and 397 quest sources across the weapon inventory. These sources overlap: one weapon can be crafted, rewarded and dropped, so the source counts do not add up to 759 unique weapons.
Choose an acquisition path you can repeat. A theoretical drop is not automatically better than a craft or quest reward if its activity is inaccessible, time-limited or too expensive for your current progression.
How to Compare Two Weapons
- Confirm both items are usable by your class and current level.
- Compare Item Level and the exact attributes that affect your role.
- Include existing enhancement, sockets and transferable investment.
- Check every available source and expected effort.
- Stop upgrading once the weapon meets the next content requirement.
The stats guide helps identify useful attributes. The gear enhancement guide covers risk and material checks before you commit to a long-lived piece.
Avoid False Best-in-Slot Lists
Do not copy a universal “best weapon” ranking from a different patch. Availability, random options, enhancement state and content goals can change the answer. Ranking snapshots based on tracked players also describe a sample, not a guaranteed best choice for every account.
Version Notes
Counts, types and source totals reflect global client build 0.0.4387.0. The live item tooltip and acquisition panel are authoritative if a later update changes an item, source or restriction.
