The global snapshot records 333 zones across 9 regions. “Zone” here includes named subareas and activity spaces rather than nine whole-world maps, so the count should be used as a content index—not as proof that every entry is a separate leveling destination.

Region Distribution

The recorded totals are Poeta: 12, Verteron: 105, Eltnen: 31, Ishalgen: 14, Altgard: 100, Morheim: 32, Lower Reshanta: 23, Middle Reshanta: 8, and Upper Reshanta: 8. The three Reshanta labels correspond to Chaotic Lower, Middle and Upper Reshanta in the captured data.

Large counts in Verteron and Altgard reflect many named subareas. They do not mean a character must visit every entry before moving to the next story region.

Faction Route Structure

Elyos progression begins around Poeta before moving through Verteron and Eltnen. Asmodian progression begins around Ishalgen before moving through Altgard and Morheim. Reshanta becomes a later shared conflict and exploration space. Read the faction guide before applying the opposite faction's route names to your character.

Story unlocks, level ranges and access requirements can change. The active quest log and world map are authoritative for where your character can travel next.

Leveling Through Zones

Use a zone as a container for main quests, nearby side objectives, travel points and collection checks. Finish the steps that unlock movement or core systems, then move when the story points forward rather than clearing every named subarea mechanically.

The leveling 1–45 guide provides a progression order without inventing a fixed coordinate route. Keep return visits for grouped exploration objectives instead of repeatedly crossing a region for one missed item.

Exploration Passes

Separate story progress from clean-up passes. After unlocking travel points, combine Empyrean Trace collection with broad exploration and use the Hidden Cube guide for search tactics. Do not assume the two collectibles share exact locations or reset rules.

  1. Unlock the region through the current story.
  2. Activate convenient travel points.
  3. Complete required quests and nearby objectives.
  4. Record incomplete collections by subarea.
  5. Return later with better movement and access.

Version Notes

Region and zone counts reflect global client build 0.0.4387.0. This page deliberately avoids invented coordinates and exact recommended levels for every subarea; use the live world map when a patch changes access or naming.
