Gear Priorities
- Weapon first, always — the biggest damage per enhancement stone (see gear enhancement).
- Guard (secondary) next, then Bracelet.
- Manastones: stack Attack on leveling gear with cheap Lesser stones; save Superior stones for endgame pieces.
- Aim for the Front Attack sub-stat line — Gladiator's positional bonus rewards face-to-face fighting, so stand your ground rather than chasing backs.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths: strong melee burst and cleave, built-in crowd control, and a straightforward frontline playstyle.
Weaknesses: must stay in melee range and keep good positioning to maintain damage.
FAQ
Is Gladiator good for beginners? Yes — it's the most recommended first class: simple positional rule (attack from the front), durable for a DPS, and strong solo.
PvE or PvP? This page tracks a PvE setup. Gladiator is also a strong PvP pick (gap closers + lockdowns); a dedicated PvP build page will follow once we have verified global data.
