AION 2 Deus Research Base Guide: Exploration and Transcendence

Deus Research Base combines a four-player Exploration mode with five-player Transcendence stages. Its listed bosses are Atiel, Gelcos and Nazmun. The staged path begins above the Exploration requirement and adds a new effect at each higher step, making the dungeon a useful place to practice deliberate progression.

Boss Roster

Atiel, Gelcos and Nazmun form the named roster. The structured source identifies them but does not provide a reliable cast-by-cast guide. Learn their telegraphs in Exploration or the lowest available stage, keep the camera clear and have one player call repeating markers and casts.

Stage Progression

Exploration is not identical to Stage 1 because party size changes from four to five. Confirm roles again when moving into Transcendence. Stage 2 introduces Balance, Stage 3 adds Wrath and Stage 4 adds Judgment. Read each effect in the client and change the plan for that modifier rather than treating later stages as only larger health bars.

1. Clear Exploration and learn the route.
2. Build a five-player Transcendence role setup.
3. Repeat Stage 1 until resources and deaths are controlled.
4. Add one modifier at a time and identify its response.
5. Stop climbing when the party cannot explain the failure.

Gear and Build Checks

Use the gear progression guide to reach the next threshold efficiently. If the requirement is met but the run fails, use the stats guide to check accuracy, defense and sustain. A stage modifier may justify swapping one Stigma or Arcana piece even when the general build remains unchanged.
